I am very interested in yours product.

I am planning create social comunity on Joomla platform.

But I need from our social comunity some specific function.

I need some market place for users of community, where They will be able to advertising theirs products.

We have Jomsocial component to create a social community. However social community components don't usually have market (store) function that involves buying/ selling and payments.
You can try using an eCommerce component like Virtuemart for market place.
