Ja-Megafilter. Cant manually INDEX filters.

The username is Liqid actually

and no i dont have a JaMegaFilter membership. This came with the QUickstart of Ja-Mixstore

I have submitted a support ticket. I didnt realize i had time left on my membership for it. Please follow up with the ticket

my email address is in my profile and you can see that when looking at my user account.
honestly im not sure which email address i used to purchase the account. I have (jad) 5 of them but recently sold 2 of the domain names.
So what do we do? I dont want to just leave my email address all over this post

I meant that we couldn't find your account in our database based on the username "ae3d1" , there's no user with this username. It's probably because "ae3d1" is just your forum display name while the username is different. That's why we asked for your email address to search for the account.
If you didn't want to write it here then you can send email to me at this address support@joomlart.com.

I just tested with core version of J2Store but could not replicate the same issue, could you share me the pro version of J2Store so I can check at my end? You can share the package via my email: hiennm@joomsolutions.com

Sent with attachment. Not sure why you need to test it at your end instead of going INTO the back end of My Website and trying it yourself.
Then you can see the ERROR message on screen and follow it to the files that have a complication.

Why test it on a different server when the issue is running on MY server?

I sent your an email with an attachment this morning (11 hours ago)

I just my SPAM folder and i think its a bounce message about 20 minutes later.
The email has a bunch of gibberish in it.

I dont think that email address is correct

So you didnt fix it yet? Strange. Because i am able to INDEX the filters now.
But please do take the copy im going to email you and test it on your end in case there actually is some kind of conflict happening.
