setting for time zone and time offset

Hi,

I have installed latest 1.8.0 version with Joomla 3.9.19.
But may be wrong something.
I could not find manual.

My server 's Timezon is Tokyo on Global setting reason for live in Japan.
Do I need to configure "Timezone" and "Time offset"?

Not sure which template from us are you using, could you clarify in details of that time offset settings are you referring to?

I'm using Gantry Template 4.1.43
Both of Timezone and Time offset setting are "0".

There must be a misunderstanding here as Gantry template provided by Rockettheme, not by us. Pls contact them for further support.
