Problem with changing fonts on Helple Template

There is a constant issue whenever I'm trying to change fonts from the template's back-end. When I click on "Theme Settings" and change the fonts, other times it saves others it doesn't. If I visit the website with another browser I see different fonts from the one I saved with Chrome. This is keep happening from different computers/browsers and I have no idea what to do anymore.

And if it looks different in various browser, try to clear browser's cache and see how it goes.

You can also tell me how you change in details and share the credentials of your site so I can take a look.

Hi saguaros

I tried everything so far, including private browsing mode, clearing cache etc. This is a serious problem and you can't expect from a developer to keep clearing the cache in order to work. I need to make and see my changes immediately, else the production rate goes down. We never had any issue in the recent past. The problem appears with the latest templates and the new frameworks. This is something you guys need to fix. Temporary we will avoid using any more templates until some kind of patch is announced.

That's my suggestion without seeing issue your site closely, you can share the credentials of your site and clarify the changes you made like where you change the font / which font you used / etc... so I can check and help you out.

Unfortunately you don't actual reply. As I told you the problem appears in every browser and in 6 different computers and in all your latest templates. I'm 100% sure that you are aware of this problem. You seriously need to find a solution on this one else we simple can't work with you anymore. I can upload a video if you like to showcase exactly what is happening.

So the oddysey continues with the template and of course with the support. Except the fact that the back-end is working on it's own, I placed the website live and now I have the most weird issues I've never seen. Keep in mind there is no console error, no php error.
My problem is when I click i.e on this page https://www.tv-deal.gr/prosfores/nova3play/nova3play-family-internet-100 for the first time you see the article's image and title . If you click anything else and you go back on the page there is no mashead! The same goes on in every page. There is no other template assigned, it's one single template as default for all pages except home. I removed all the modules, plugins, disabled cache, nothing. Please, give me a solution asap.
