Back to top arrow stays on screen

When I first use the back to top arrow, it scrolls up, but then remains. How to I get it to be invisible when at top of page?
Also, where can I adjust the size of the logo image in the Header?
Another issue: where do I change the color and font weight for the slide description on Home page? Tried various permutations of custom css for the description but nothing seem to target the color or font-weight of the text

Could you share the credentials of your site and clarify the issue of back to top so I can check?

Only on local development at the moment.
Back to top button should disappear when when scroll to top of page finishes, but it remains visible.

I will try to restore in my local and check what's wrong.
