How do I get the contact form submission sent to my admin email account? I cannot figure out where this gets changed.

dtierney19 Hi Kindly check system > Global configurations > Server > Mail settings. Check the email and add your email there. If you select Joomla contact item > edit contact > Linked User Make sure system email are set to Yes for this user.

Ninja It still is not working. I've tried so many methods, but I cannot get it to work.

dtierney19 Hi The submitted login is not super user login to check the test email Go to system > global configurations > check the mail settings You can ask your host to give the correct SMTP setting if the PHP mail services not working .
I've tried multiple SMTP settings, but could not figure it out.
I've changed the settings so the login info above is now a super user.
dtierney19 Hi Did you contacted your server provider as this issue is related to your server emails services. You can use PHPMAIL in the setting and try it will work. i tested
When I try using PHPMAIL and use the contact form it gives me this message: "Notice SMTP connect failed https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting"
dtierney19 No you are using SMTP change the settings to PHP Mail save and then try test sending email. i tested its working http://prntscr.com/thaxjt For SMTP contact your hosting provider please.
