Google Map in Contact Page

Hello
In contact page, under the Information title, I had a google map. I load a gif animation photo (instead of google map) but it didn't appear in Contact page.
So, I added again the google map code. But the map now doesn't appear in the page...

What happened?

You can try to assign that contact menu item to Protostar and see how it goes.

If the photo or map doesn't show, then the problem from the photo / map themselves. Otherwise, the issue will be from the template.

It's not contact menu, it's the google map that I added to the page to appear. It's strange that doesn't appear now.
I just copied the code like it was before.

(in the protostar preview template I see a part of the template in one page. No menu. I don't know how to do it...

I checked the contact details and it seems that you're using a 3rd party extension to show the map. But that plugin is used for Joomla Articles, could you check again with the provider of this plugin if it can work on contact page?

I have published the System - JA Google Map, and now the map window appears, but without showing a map.
I've tried another way... to create a module, but I don't know which position I must set.

In Admin panel > Extensions > Plugins > JA Google Maps plugin > you can see the API key field there: https://prnt.sc/tusgsl

You need to put your own API key of your Google Maps for this plugin to make it works.

But the google map I had before was working with different way. It didn't use any API key.

I had insert this code {google_map}Country{/google_map}, and was working fine. After the test I made and I insert the same code again, it didn't worked!

Again, the syntax {google_map}Country{/google_map} is from a 3rd party extension, not our product.

If it doesn't work, you can try to contact its provider for help.

Sorry, I thought you was talking about the external plugin...

I have add the API key, but still not showing any map. What else I should do?

I see this error on your site now: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error

KIndly check your Maps API settings in your Google console.

I see a lot of suggestions but I can't understand which one represent my problem.
I followed the instructions for loading the map, but it didn't worked!
