    Ninja Hello pankj, I have tried to send messages from my mobile phone and it works correctly. I sent messages to 4 people.

    The error occurs on my computer and the other users of my site. Since I have tried to send messages to the previous chat and it does not work.

            Check-in incognito and let ms know results. There is cache in your browser its not issue in Jomsocial side. U can check demo there is latest version and working. No issue reports for the same issue after fix.

                    About your test site, I download latest version again as the fix is added , so you need to download a new package.

                    you must use latest download version not the same that you downloaded in past, in screencast you can see the messages are working its not bug.
