target="_blank" in Top Bar

Hi,

how to put target = "_ blank" in the Contact Info links of the Top Bar. I tried to put it in Advanced but it doesn't work.

I added target = "_ blank" in style-1.php but must there be better right? Otherwise in the event of an update, this erases.

this will be the correct option to make changes as the is coded in the file.
Kindly place the file in /local folder with same path and revert the original file to see the override working in local folder.

file path example : /local/acm/
