Change transition style in Builder from swipe to fade/resolve

Most of this site is JA Builder pages. The sliders at top of the pages are jumpy and client is complaining; says that the jumpy action creates anxiety (a major target demographic is brides). Is there a way that we can change the transition style from swipe to fade/resolve. This would soften the effect and perhaps keep prospective customers on the site longer.
Most slide shows and galleries feature selectable effects for transitions; it doesn't seem like too much to ask for a component positioned to be a powerful development tool.

Sorry, there is no option for transition effects, You can set the autoplay timer from Advance settings : http://prntscr.com/k3u4dk

I am well aware that there is no option for transition effects; that is why I created this post.

And this posting is not "feedback" but a request for a solution to a serious client concern. I am looking for a way to change the transition from swipe to fade/resolve.

Surely there is someone on staff of the developer who can offer some support in this matter. I am willing to pay for premium support if that will provide a solution. May I please have a reply from someone on "development team" regarding this?

As I can see that your site is running with JA Oslo template in which the slideshow is using the Swiper API, do you want to add transition for this or JA Builder?

The slides that the client is complaining about are on JA Builder pages. So yes, I would like to know how to get a fade/resolve effect on the Builder pages.
