Hello, we installed the latest Jomsocial version but it does not load properly and the frontend is showing an error 500 not caused by the server but by the extension itself. I attach a screenshot of the homepage. This has never happened before, all versions previously installed loaded correctly and there was never any issues whatsoever. We have NOT made any alteration to .htaccess file. Please check this issue. I attach a screenshot of the homepage.

is this issue only on the JomSocial pages as internal server error cause by changes in htaccess or file permission issue on your server.
Please edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff. I will check it.
At the moment i can see the site homepage is loading file with Login options.

Unfortunately, it is against company policy to give login details to non appointed personnel.

Please issue a complete refund as soon as possible, after-which we shall wait for the forthcoming version hoping that all will well.
