Create a template from scratch

Hi,
I downloaded T4 Page Builder 60.92MB from your site
I did not like his template and templates from the pro version. Can I create the site itself from scratch using the pro version? (I am a designer)
And I have a specific question: do I need to make a navbar panel from BS4? - is it possible to do this from scratch on T4 Builder? Or can it be pulled out only from a ready-made template?

These pre-made page bundles are useful for whom that want the same design/layout/page but just need to make some small changes: text/image/etc...

Of course, you can use T4 Page Builder and build your own pages with your own design.

I'm having trouble installing the page builder. When I launch it, there is a delay, then it presents a blank screen. The upload limit is set at 200MB, more than enough for this item. Please advise. Thanks. BTW is there a video tutorial on any of this?

In case that you can't install via Extensions > Manage > Install > Upload Package File, you can unzip the package that you want to install to the 'tmp' folder in the root folder of your site , then go to Extensions > Manage > Install > select 'Install from folder' > hit 'Check and install'
