Ninja Hello pankaj, the issue is fixed, notifications are already displayed on my site. For my part, I modified the values of the php.ini folder as close as possible to what you recommended.
My hosting provider limits the memoy_limit variable to 512 MB
Also I found something strange in my Joomla panel, it is the FF Explorer joomla extension.
I do not remember having installed that extension, I thought that maybe it was installed alone with the new version of Joomla.
I have checked it in another of my sites and they do not have that extension, therefore I have uninstalled it and everything works correctly.
I save the details regarding the backup of the file \ com_community \ helpers \ content.php
