JA Builder with Virtuemart

Hey guys,

this is just a question about compatibility. I am going to work on an ecommerce - it is supposed to be for 5 products only so I want a very visual experience and I will NOT be using a classic ecommerce product grid. I am gonna build everything in JA Builder and then I only want to use a cart from virtuemart... Something like here:

I built this site on shopify and now I would like to achieve something like that on JA Builder with Virtuemart. So What I need from virtuemart is to show the product page itself combined with JA Builder and the rest of the site will be pure JA Builder. Is there something I should be careful about? Will it work like that?

Well I simply need to know if JA Builder is Virtuemart ready ;-)

You may give it a try as the virtuemart component view output will be rendered in the main-body area of JA Builder template alike other components so should work fine 🙂

In reference with documentation which also outlines the same so you can assign the specific component as done on usual basis as menu type:

In the "Content section", it has 2 inside block: "Main Content" that loads content from the menu type and the "Sidebar" that load modules from a defined position.
