Kindly check the settings of that Campaign, you may set a bigger value for 'Minimum Amount' option.
Where I will find this? I don't see any 'Minimum Amount' option in DT Donate Configuration, nor in its Plugin.
As I mentioned above, you need to check the Campaign details in component or plugin

It doesn't says anywhere how to use the Test mode...
Ah I got your point, we don't have guide for how to use these payment, you need to use your own account in these provider payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe, etc...) , they have detailed guideline for you for how to use the test mode.
