i downloaded the ja healthcare quickstart installation. after installation there is only the menu item "home". Here is a submenu shown, although there is no submenu. How do I get this solved, that there is no submenu displayed.

When you installed your website quickstart did you also installed the sample data ?

I have now disabled the submenu items. but it is still the submenu displayed. as in the picture above

Go to - Extensions -> Templates-> Your default template -> click on top button Megamenu at top and select your home menu item then remove the submenu from it
