Second email is not always been received

hello team,

i have some cases while upon a new registration they wont received second email. Second email is not present even in spam folder. What may cause thar issue? Can we investigate it? Thank you

Hi Pankaj,

this issue is not coming everytime, but last days is coming more often in some registrations in which 2nd email is not received even in spam folder. What may cause that trouble? May be a server side issue? I need to solve that issue even if it is not so often.

Can not say exact issue as the same user got first email fine. if user not completed the final step only that case email not comes. Or your server daily limits over.
