No submenus visible in main menu

Hello,
since we have upgraded to Joomla version 3.9.20, we cannot longer see the defined submenus in main menu whereas all is fine with the Off Canvas menu.

hmmm...this Akeeba Admin Tools are very restrictive .....I have now removed the component.
Can you try to clear Browser cache and connect again.

Let try this way, pls use Akeeba backup component and take a backup of your site, then share me the backup file, I will restore and check the issue in my local.

that is really strange.
You cannot access neither the front nor the backend ?

I really appreciate your support and have created the Akeeba backup and uploaded it to my Dropbox.
