Copied content from one site to another one accidentally

Hi,

I was working on a new site in the page edit mode. Then I wanted to check the settings on another site (reference site) and I also logged in and opened a page builder page). Unfortunately, the colors and contents of the reference site changed, so I can see a mixture of the original version and the current version of my new page!

Also when I choose an old revision, the colors are different and the image slider vanished. The front end site is fine but I guess I must not publish the current version in the edit mode.

Is there a chance to get the original version of my reference site?

There are only two options :
Revert to previous version via Revision check there will be different revision with date and times. Or Undo the changes. If there is no revision option and you already saved and publish the page in this case you older changes are override by the latest change and you need to add the changes again.

Undo is no option.

An older revision is fine basically, but obviously the colors are different. Maybe you can tell me why the colors and the image slider are not the same or not there, respectively.
I also tried to install a second instance from a backup, also there the colors are not the same and the images slider is not there. Is there a global setting anywhere?

Undo version not appear all the time its work only on live editing . If your changes are not in the Revision there is no other option as the your page is saved with new changes.

But I don't understand, why there is no revision that corresponds to the current state of the published website (the website is currently fine, but when I have to change something in the future, I will get a problem).

Revision will be auto save when you make changes and save, i am not sure how the changes were applied on your site at the time you take the wrong override for pages, At the moment as there is no revision it means the changes were not save in DB to revert.
