Having issues with null keys when adding modules

Hi,

I have been having issues this week installing components and editing modules where no id is applied on install or after creating a custom module. i have attached a screen shot.

I have used this template numerous time and have never experienced this problem. Not sure if related to last joomla release, but the problem started after that release.

Can someone please help?

This issue doesn't relate to template.

There must be something wrong with recent Joomla update on your site, if you have backup of previous working version, pls restore it.
