Unable to keep editing pages with JA Builder

Hi!
Has anyone experineced this bug:
I built a landing page using JA Builder and was almost done with it, just remaining the header and footer.
All of a sudden, when I went on and added header and footer I keep being disconnected and changes are not saved. I tried to clear caches but it did not work either.
When I try to edit the page from front-end I get an empty pagr with just these strings on it:
{"header":"","footer":""}
All content does not show on front-end.
On back-end, blocks I add to header and footer are always lost because I get disconnected and the folowing error message appears:
"Your session is not saved!
Your edit session is expired. Please reload to edit your page.
CLOSE RELOAD""
When I click on RELOAD, all changes are lost.
I opened a ticket over a month ago but Joomlart developer didn't find a solution yet.
Any tips?

I suggest you to save the changes after some time as Joomla has session expire time that you set in the system Global configurations, it does not builder can control that, it apply for whole site.
You can increase the session time out limit to 60 minutes so it enough for you to make changes.
Also Please check if there is saved version in the revision option in builder you can revert to that version.

About the ticket please share ticket ID i will check why its not replied to you.

I don't think I really understood what you said.
Current expiration time in Global configuration is 15 minutes, which seems plenty for this case because it fails right after 1 minute of login time and it takes me less than 30 seconds to try to add one simple block.
Anyway, I went looking now for the revision option you mentioned and just found out that Saguaros or Joomlart developer blew my job away and deleted the landing page I created.
Great job!
After over a month!
Joomlart support "solves" the issue by deleting the object that reveals the bug!!!
My God!
Joomlart support sucks!

I am not sure about the work already there as the ticket is already open and In progress, i was your last reply was posted 9 hour ago, KIndly follow the same ticket as its already opened and team worked there on it.

Please wait for the team member on the same, as i am not sure what has been added or changed on site. Also reply on the same as you already have a ticket for the same topic, i am closing this thread to avoid confusion and duplicate thread.
