Remove accordion feature on my Contact Form

When you go the to the 'Contact Us' link the form is hidden in accordion. I don't want this, I want the form to show on the page one time.

You can change the display formate of this contact page via the menu item settings: http://prntscr.com/k4459j

I changed it to Plain formate and the form is showing now, kindly check.
