Time format - unable to configure?

The start and end times for events are displaying with a leading zero in them. It's confusing people.

In the first case, the day is before the month. In the second, the day is after the month. In both cases, the start and end times are preceded with "0".

I'm looking for a standard US time:

Thursday, July 30, 2020 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Is there any way to set that up? I thought it might be in Joomla's template overrides, but I could not find it there. I found settings in the DT Register Configuration General and Event Listing tabs, but nothing to get the date and time to display the way I want it to.

saguaros I don't think my clients want to use a 24-hour format to display their events:

14:00 - 15:00

They want to show "AM" and "PM" using the standard 12-hour time:

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

Scan this file and replace all the strings:
