Bug about Template ja_argo

Dear Sir,
Now I am using ja_argo template. But there are 2 problems now:
1.Menu is not fixed and submenu looks very bad.
2.No footer position on layout

I'm not quite sure of how you want the sub menu should be, could you illustrate the modification you expect via screenshot so I can help?

And JA Argo has special design which doesn't include the footer, if you want to add footer block, you can download footer block from any other T3 based template like T3 Blank, for example: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t3-framework/t3-blank

Download the template package > unzip and you can see the footer block in /tpls/blocks/footer.php and upload to the associated folder of JA Argo template and customize as you wish.

About Menu.we could see the position of the menu is different when changed languade ( I use Fanglang language switcher ) .I think the right position should be at the top black frame like the one on CN interface.But Menu words size should be like ones in EN interface.
Also,It need to solve the problem about overlapping of Menu module and Language switcher module.

I still not understand the issue for the dropdown menu in the screenshot you sent.

For the overlapped menu + language flags, I think the issue here is that you have much menu items so it displays like that, as you can see on our demo site here: https://ja-argo.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/ with the concept of this template, it's better with less menu item in the main menu so it can display nice.

So if possible, use less menu item and if you don't use search module (as our demo site) you can assign the language switcher module to 'head-search' position so it can show on the right side of the header.
