Get Element Overlay to get mp4 file to load, autoplay, without controls.

I am using a hero banner and trying to get a background video "file overlay" to load and autoplay and loop.
I have the element selected>Overlay>file> and the following link inserted into the mp4 field: /index.php/images/storeis/video/kastrAgencyMusicFPAd1080p.mp4

Also i would like to know how to make custom social media badges and link them using the provided social widget.
