I don't know why but I get an error message on my home page here : https://www.vet-library.com Before, everything was fine since few month/years... Do you have an idea why? I suspect the template but not sure...

Try to enable the error reporting to maximum from Global configuration -> Server Tab to see if it shows errors on your pages.
Anyway i noted this on your website - but i'm not logged in

Ok I will do this if error appears again. This is very because this is the only website impacted on the server (many website are hosted on this server). Maybe a DNS problem? because ip address is different from others only for this website.
