Submenu does not appear

Hi
In the main menu of the template I have included some elements that have a submenu, but the little triangle that indicates that this element has a submenu does not appear until you click on it.

Once that menu item has been clicked, the triangle does appear indicating that this main menu item contains a submenu.

Could you help me ?

And let me know the Name of specific menu that has this problem.

the website is hosted on a local server. I need a couple of weeks to change the server because the guys who do it are on vacation.
