page builder type template?

I am new to this type of template. In the past I have used Joomla templates from Rockettheme and Joomlashine. I am having problems getting my articles to show up. I just get the menu and footer with no page content. Are all articles supposed to be inserted into modules or something? Is there some basic explanation of how to work with a builder type template as opposed to a regular Joomla setup?

Hi Eileen,

I've touched on this in the other threads but I'll add more information here

The content for the articles is displaying in three positions - main content, sidebar1 and sidebar2

With each position row there are settings to hide content on screen breakpoints (screen widths) e.g. hide on mobile, hide on tablet and hide on desktop

At the moment this row to set to hide on all screen widths which means the content is hidden completely - once we can save the template we can change the settings
