I have a Gavick Stora template with the J2Store installed, which, according to the template description, was to be fully supported. Unfortunately, the photo zoom effect on the product page does not work for me. I already confirmed on J2Store support that this is due to a template conflict.

Please help me make this effect work. Thank you.

    I don't have pro version of J2Store, I just tested by installing Joomla 3.9.20 + J2Store v3.3.14 free version + GK Stora but the zoom feature still working fine.

      Could you share the credentials of your site eg: URL, Admin account? I will check it directly on your site.
