How to change the font size of a subtitle on mobile website only

When I open my website the homepage shows a title 'Lorenz Havermans' and a subtitle 'Euphonium soloist - Conductor - Teacher'. At the desktop version the font size of the subtitle is smaller than the one from the title.
On my mobile version (smartphone) however the two fontsizes are the same.
How can I change the fontsize of the subtitle to make it smaller?
