When working with T4 and K2, how do I attach the K2.css?

Hi Saguaros, I don't know! Is that what I want to do?

I am using the blank T4 template. I use K2 for my content, but there are layout issues that I would usually change in the K2 css. Do I need to overwrite the entire blank template to get the changes I want? Or is my only option to add parts of the K2 css to the custom css file in T4?

Hi josette33

If you're familiar with changing in K2.css file, you can simply copy the k2.css file from K2 component:

/components/com_k2/css/k2.css

To template folder: /templates/t4_blank/css/ (I suppose you're using T4 Blank template and there is no k2.css file at this moment)

and make change as you wish.

And, of course, you can also customize style for K2 component via the custom css of T4 template.

When your localhost

create new file /scss/k2.scss (paste all contents from k2.css)
Edit /scss/all.scss
add bottom line with
@import "k2";
Save

Using Prepros to complie scss/template.scss to css/template.css (Inlude k2 css)
