Hi,

I have three types of user set up in Joomla ACL, and three corresponding profile types on Jomsocial. I am using Membership Pro to manage subscriptions, and have the fields mapped for the correct groups, HOWEVER, fields that are only supposed to be on TWO of the profile types are showing up on ALL profile types.

Please advise how to fix.

    JomSocial use its own profile system, when a user register via JomSocial it will get all the fields. and also they have option to choose the profile types.
    Can you make a try register via JomSocial ? as Membership Pro is 3rd party extension and may not working as you said its not adding user to correct profile.

      JomSocial does not sell the membership, its pure Social community extension.
      You can contact to extension provider if its not working and assigning the correct profile, as JomSocial does not support any other extension by core to sell memberships.

      Hmmm. Well it's a problem with the Jomsocial customization. You might want to fix that.

        Kindly share steps how to replicate this issue with your site URL, also register via JomSocial registration page .
        If you are not using JomSocial registration in this case its not something that i can help as Membership Pro is not our extension.
