Cannot Install T4 Page Builder in MariaDb Mysql

I am able to install T4 Page Builder in an installation that uses a MySQL database. In a Joomla installation that uses MariaDb MySQL, however, it fails to install with the message, "Incorrect table definition; there can be only one TIMESTAMP column with CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in DEFAULT or ON UPDATE clause". The database table #_jae_item is not created.

May I know which MariaDB version are you using? It should be 10.2+ version.
