Will I have any problem if I delete the demo campaigns and keep only mine?
Is it ok if I create copies from my campaigns, and than delete the original, to reset the template amounts?

Look at the campaigns in the "Campaigns" category, and compare it with the campaigns showing in the main page.
It's simple logic ... the information has a certain distance from each other, and is uniform.

As you can see in the screenshot, this would depend on the text (title and description of a campaign), it's better if you can edit the text to have the same amount of words for better display.
