Permission issue of the online site.

Dear support,

I just transfer my website from localhost to internet.
Localhost version is working well, but the internet version shows the permission error.
Could you please help to take a look and advise me if any of my environment setup is incorrect.

How did you transfer your site? If it's permission issue, you should contact your hosting provider for help.

Hi Support team,
I am using the file manager of the CPanel to upload the entire site to public_html folder.
The current permission is 755 for the folders and 644 for the files.
I am not sure if the issue comes from the .htaccess file or not.
If you have any experience with this, could you please help to take a look at my Cpanel environment?
The link, username and password to Cpanel was sent to you in the previous post.

To avoid this permission issue, I think you can try this way to transfer your site from local to live server:

1 - Install Akeeba backup component into your local site
2 - Take a backup of your site via Akeeba
3 - Upload that backup file to live server to restore your site there: https://www.akeeba.com/videos/1212-akeeba-backup-core/1618-abtc04-restore-site-new-server.html
