Problem with dropdown menu

Hello,
do you have an explanation why i can’t display a dropdown menu on the home page but it is displayed in the url of the page?

To be more clear:
At this address https://test-abba.abbaimmobiliare.it dropdown menu is not displayed, but at this address https://test-abba.abbaimmobiliare.it/waterfront/waterfront-montesilvano dropdown menu is displayed.

Please check it now. Show submenu option was set to OFF.
