I have noticed that any important email I am looking for is going to spam. I am frustrated with Gmail after many times putting emails from Joomlart as "Not Spam." I lost several days waiting for your reply on my last support ticket, to only find it was in spam and the help was voided out due to it.

I need to change my email on my account. How would I do that? I saw I can change my name and other information, but not the email.

    The email will be changed only via Helpdesk tickets.
    I checked your account but there is no ticket has been opened yet, I found only one ticket that is 2 year ago.
    Please open a private ticket and submit the details which email id you want to change, our system team will do that for you.
