CONTACT background IMG not updating

Hello,
For CONTACT page, background IMAGE doesnt update - Altough i'm setting via "JA Masthead" module.

Works for all other menu-items on "JA Masthead" module.

i was ofcourse able to override via CSS, but still wanted to set via MODULE settings.

You may change this :

.itemid-118 .jamasthead {background-image: url(/new/images/backgrounds/zn-cpa_contact2.jpg);}

.itemid-118 .jamasthead {background-image: url(/new/images/backgrounds/zn-cpa_contact2.jpg) !important;}

so as to ensure that the respective bg-image supersedes the default bg-image and reflects thereon.

Almost, Similar issue had been replicated in other forum thread due to reason outlined here

although the solution as specified by the member has been through module settings however, the same is already being used here for reflecting respective bg-images

But as stated above - I was able to set via CSS ... I wanted to understand why the admin module setting works for all other pages, but not the CONTACT page?

The inline element style for “background-image” isnt there to call the bg-image through module parameters due to which default masthead bg-image is appearing instead through inherited css attribute for the specific component layout page

Suggested solution
Try to replace this file attached and unzip the same in the relative path : /templates/ja_mono/html/layouts/joomla/contact

Kindly do take backup of your current file before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Switched the file, but doesnt not effect the background image.

ahoyit As suggested by Pavit also, Can you add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in in order for us to take closer look.

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Also, Kindly remove the css rule-set as done earlier as the same would conflict with inline element style for “background-image”
