Unable to edit pages created by JA Cleanout using Page Builder

I have installed 'cleanout' template and T4 Pagebuilder in this site. I wanted to use T4 Pagebuilder to edit the home page. But I am not able to see the home page under Pagebuilder.
May I know what are the restrictions in using the Pagebuilder to edit contact for various templates?
How do I know which templates are compatible with the Pagebuilder?
It will be a waste if I like a particular template from JA, but find later that I cannot edit the pages created by this template.
Are any of the templates from other template brands under joomlart site (shape5, Gavickpro etc) compatible with the Pagebuilder?
It is a bit confusing. Please clarify.

Basically, any template from JoomlArt - Gavick - Shape5 - JoomlaBamboo .. or from other template providers which meets the same system requirements (Joomla version, PHP version, etc...) will work well with T4 Page Builder.

If you want to use "Cleanout" template with T4 Page Builder, for example, the homepage, you can create that home menu item with type of 'T4 Page Builder' >> select the page that you created under T4 Page Builder component. All of blocks of T4 Builder will show up in component section of this page, the header + footer blocks will inherit from "Cleanout" template.

I hope this makes senses and if you still have difficulty when using T4 Builder, please let me know if details, then I will check for you.

Thanks a lot for posting your instruction for me to proceed.
Glad to know that all the latest template can be edited by T4 page builder.
I am not 100% sure about the procedure you explained.
But I will give it a try and try to figure out.
If I run into any issue I cannot figure out, will get back to you.
