Impossible add new plugin

Hi, I have a problem with my uber website.

When I try to install new plugin reappear "Joomlart Installare", but I have yet installet a template

So is impossible install new plugin, even because "Add Installa from Web tab" button doesn't work.

How can I solve?

Can you Edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.
Also let me know which sample data you are trying to install. so i can check it on your site.

hi, I have added a super admin account.
i don't want install a new uber theme; the website is already online and working. it's impossible for me install new plugins

it seems you removed the installer plugin of Joomla. I installed them and now you can see the installation options.
