Unable to edit pages created by JA Cleanout using Page Builder-2

I had posted earlier under the same subject.
You had stated the following:
"If you want to use "Cleanout" template with T4 Page Builder, for example, the homepage, you can create that home menu item with type of 'T4 Page Builder' >> select the page that you created under T4 Page Builder component. All of blocks of T4 Builder will show up in component section of this page, the header + footer blocks will inherit from "Cleanout" template."

Over the last few days I tried my best to understand the steps you described above but unable to figure out. I am really lost and running out of time updating my website. Is there any additional document available to guide me through the steps?

YOu have stated " the homepage, you can create that home menu item with type of 'T4 Page Builder'. I am not sure how to 'create that home menu with type of 'T4 page Builder'. I browsed the various menu items under both 'T4 Page Builder' as well as 'Cleanout'. And I simply cannot find how and where to 'create the home menu'. Would appreciate if you can provide me more detailed steps. Alternately you may refer to any documentation or video demo available on this topic.

Being a very important new product, I would be surprised if more detailed information is not already available somewhere in the document section. Really need your advise so I can start using T4 Page builder productively. Currently I am totally lost ....

You can share the super admin account of your site and tell me the page you want to have T4 Page Builder menu item, I will try to create a sample for you.

Hi Festus,

I can access your site now but it seems that the provided admin account doesn't have permission to view T4 Page Builder component, please grant super admin permissions for it.

And you're using old version of T4 Page Builder now, pls install the latest version also.

Dear Saguaros,

I have updated the login account as per your instruction.
I have also installed the latest version of T4 Page Builder.
By the way I have following questions:
a) When I login at the wesite as admin, there is no alert about an 'update' available for T4 Page Builder.
Does this component not raise an alert about updates available as in the case of many Joomla components?
b) Is it necessary to also upgrade the T4 System?
c) In order to project the site, I normally write enable only the following directories
- Components
- Cache
- images
- tmp
May I know what directories should be write-enabled for me to be able to successfully install T4 Page Builder?
I prefer not to have all the directories 'write-enabled'

a) There is unexpected issue with the update server so you don't see the alert message for the new version now, we will fix it soon.

b) Do you mean T4 framework, right? it's independent product, you can update as you wish.

c) I think not just T4 Builder, if you use other extensions, it may affect too. Joomla recommends to have permissions: File: 644 and Folder: 755 for all directories.
