Hello, I would like to upgrade to Pro Plus plan, currently I have JB Pro plan which expires on December 1st, how should I proceed to combine two plans?

iorbita Hi Lozenro, At your member area after login you can see there's a blue UPGRADE button right next to your active JB Pro plan, please click on it and you can choose to upgrade to Pro Plus plan. The upgrade fee is calculated automatically by our system based on your current active plan.

iorbita Hi The coupon code can only be used for new purchase. It's not meant to be used for upgrade. In this case you should just use the coupon to purchase Pro Plus brand-new , it only costs $90 which is cheaper than upgrading.
... so in this case if I choose to purchase Pro Plus brand-new, do I have to make a new registration (with a different name and new member area)?

iorbita Hi There's no need to create new account. You can simply login to your current account and then go to the Pricing page to purchase Pro Plus normally.
