hi folks we use Ja comment since age, we have just found a bug, when enabling JA Comment System, its impossible to install package (that impact only isis template)
And the other bug is that the 'submit' button no more work, both Firefox & Chrome, we use PHP 7.4

JA Comment is pretty old extension and it's no longer supported: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/extensions/ja-comment-component

I think that you misunderstood, JA Comment is no longer supported which means we will not release any new update for it in future. Even if you renew your extension membership you can only use the current version of JA comment with old Joomla version and it's not updated for recent Joomla 3 versions.
