Hello! I'm figuring out how translate and customize the button "Pay Now" as is displayed in the image ...

you can rename it from
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_dtregister.ini
Find Pay now and change it. Or make an override in Joomla language overrides: http://prntscr.com/ub8m12
This is button code that you can use in your template custom.css file to override the style

Many thanks for your quick reply. CSS suggestion works fine t but language override is not taking effect indeed DT_MAKE_PAYMENT is in both language files so if i disable the english file (renamed it) still is displaying the same PAY NOW.

In the second screenshot for the registration process, the first field is not mandatory (it is a disccount code in case the guest want use it) so you can leave it in blank.

Regarding to the first screenshot I changed the string DT_MAKE_PAYMENT to the spanish text but I'm not sure if this is what are you are needing (?). See the screenshot with the change ...

I also changed it from admin but there is file /language/en-GB/bk_en-GB.com_dtregister.ini still using it as paynow, I need FTP details for this, kindly submit them via Edit fields options.

I added an override as Pagar Ahora for it and its working fine.
To change the button size you can increase the 100px value that i shared in first post.
