This is default user registration form of Joomla, you will have to customize the com_user much. You can search in Joomla forums, there are topics discussing about this or find a 3rd party extension which supports custom registration form.

Actually, I want to remove/hide the "Confirm password" & "Confirm Email Address".
I don't want to make custom changes...

technova76 I understand but these fields belong to the core of com_user in Joomla, you will need to customize the core file or search for a suitable 3rd party plugin in JED: https://extensions.joomla.org/ which supports to remove fields as you wish.
