Update Joomla v3.9.21 + Template Gavick News v.3.29

All well?

I updated my site to Joomla 3.9.21 + Update Template Gavick News v3.29, but I came across a small problem after the update.

The first page of the isis administrator (CPANEL) entry page of the admin, when I open it appears without any images, only side links, the links in the blue bar above and the modules in the middle of the page do not appear.

Only the side links on the left side appear, as attached

The links work, but it got weird

Can someone help me how can I fix this problem?

Joomla admin panel issue is not related with the template part. Template will work on the frontend of site. it appears something wrong in your Joomla updates. I suggest you to restore the backup first.
Make a copy of site and update the Joomla on test site. Disable the 3rd party plugin if any plugin/extension not ready for latest Joomla.

Also if issue remain same, you can check the browser console tab to see error as it appear issue inside core Joomla.
