RENEW Coupon usage ?

Hello,

I try to renew my "JA Pro" subscription, but when I try to use the coupon, I receive the message "Coupon can be used only if you have active subscription for these product: JA Pro"

Before the end of the previous "JA Pro" subscription, I don't receive any email...
How can I use the "RENEW" coupon discount ?

Coupon RENEW can only be used when you have active paid subscription.

Right now you can use the special 4JULY coupon to get the 20% discount instead.
