URGENT

Dear friend, when going to use a plugin to compress and defer jawascripts (we use JSpeed which is the strongest and the newest of its category) to better the score at Page Speed and Yslow, we get erratically behaviour from GK 4 ImageShow. here you are as attached.

At moment, we had to disable the JSpeed plugin to avoid GK4 ImageShow blocked at all. Jspeed technicians have already examined their plugin settings, and found that the problem is at this error in motools of GK4 Image Show.

Pls share your IP if you want to access admin backend, as it is protected by firewall

    Hi GIESSE

Here is mine: 27.72.104.129 but it's not static IP, pls whitelist IP from Vietnam.

    firewall opened to that IP
I have not the option to open "per country"

GIESSE I still can't access backend of your site, could you temporarily remove the block access so I can check the issue first?

cannot. tell me another IP. If you reply soon, I open to it immediately

        Hi GIESSE

        Thanks for the update.

I just tried to enable this JSpeed plugin on your site but I did not see error like screenshot in your first post: https://prnt.sc/uhzvaf

        Could you check again?

you should leave JSpeed disabled and check the website, re-loading the home page 2 or 3 times and the error is visible in the browser console

GIESSE I thought you want to use JSpeed? then it should be enabled, right?

          Hello
I am going a bit nervous...
Yes I want to use JSPEED ! But it cannot work at its best capacity IF YOU DON'T CORRECT THAT PROBLEM on GK4 Image Slide Show. To see the error, you must follow the JSPEED technicians' advice: you must keep JSPEED disabled, check the website re-loading the home page 2 or 3 times and the error is visible in the browser console. If you don't correct this error (WHICH IS IN GK4 MODULE !!), some functions of JSpeed CANNOT WORK properly and, if enabled, BLOCK THE SLIDE SHOW. So please correct that error at your module. Thanks

            Hi GIESSE

I'm sorry for this misunderstanding, I thought JSpeed must be enabled to replicate the issue as when I load homepage of your site, I did not see that error.

Could you share the ftp account of your site also?

            sure.
            here you are:

Hi GIESSE I've shared this to our developer for further investigation, somehow this error happens on your site specific as I can't replicate at my end.

            Hi,
