Hello, I'm using Gavick pro Photo template I'and I'm experiencing difficulties updating k2 items.
when I click on the title name in the k2 item list to edit it I receive:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JFactory::getXMLParser() in /var/www/c30063_001/htdocs/plugins/editors-xtd/gk_typography/gk_typography.php on line 75

If still the error persists, Can you add your admin ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Hi and thank you for the support. I've just added the username and the password for the admin console of the website and also FTP credentials.
Meanwhile, I've updated all the plugins and database through the Joomla Extensions: Manage/update tub but still, nothing helped.
Currently, the website is running on Joomla 3.6.5 Maybe I should upgrade to Joomla to version 3.8.10
the only thing I'm not aware whether GK Photo template is compatible with that?

Did you try to update latest version for GK Typography plugin? as I can see your site is using old version now.

Yes currently I can see that all my plugins are up to date in Extensions: Update tub, also in control panel it saying all extensions is up to date.

I've updated Joomla to 3.8.10 version and downloaded the "gk typography" plugin from https://member.joomlart.com/downloads/gavick/joomla-extensions/gk-typography and reinstalled plugin and finely it worked!

I can't access backend of your site again, make sure that you update it to 1.0.4 version: https://member.joomlart.com/downloads/gavick/joomla-extensions/gk-typography I saw it's 1.0.2 version on your site.
