Add contact information on top of template

How can I add a contact information module on top of the directory template (like the one on the attached image)

JA Directory template does not have any module position above the header to place a module.
You need to add a new layout block as topbar and add module position.
To make it easy you can download one of the JA template that comes with topbar and copy the topbar.php file from templates/tpls/blocks/topbar.php
define the topbar.php block in the layout file under /tpls/default.php
